Out of interest, I come on the same day when I receive an SMS to find out if I will ever be given a shipment on time. It never happened) It seems that the sorting staff after the delivery of the parcels first sit on them for a day and go about their business, and only then proceed to the registration. You could at least take the trouble not to send notifications in advance, so that a person does not spend two or three times in lines in this disgusting place.

Unskilled workers could not send a parcel for half an hour. Having no idea what forms to fill out for this, having called half of the staff, we came to the conclusion that my parcel was not a parcel post. They explained that they did not "see" the content.

How many parcels I send from Moscow to Kaliningrad always come, of course, a matter of time with delivery. But do not forget you live in Russia, our power !!! Therefore, humble yourself, all these are temporary difficulties! In life there are much more serious problems than some packages and letters.
