But they arrived somehow to buy the unit in a more serious way, it was simply awful in quality, immediately returned, during the return they received a hint that they themselves were to blame, they themselves broke, and that one should not rely on the testimony of the examination. The sellers in the store made a mistake and, after the examination, the money was returned to us, but the refund was delayed like the examination itself. It's clear that all the questions on quality to the manufacturer, but you as professionals in your business might not sell such nonsense, especially those who do not know the person at first sight will not be able to distinguish good equipment from nonsense, not all the plumbing equipment from God, so we asked for advice when buying, to recommend something good, and eventually sold something bad.
