Before that, there was a positive review here. Unfortunately, a recent incident happened that forever changed my attitude towards this company. The order was taken for 2.5 hours, they brought everything cold, I refused to accept the low-quality goods and asked for a refund. I was told that the refund will be processed within three business days. After this period, the money did not come. It cost me about two hours of spent time to get through to the manager, who also, after feeding me breakfast, and a couple of days of waiting, issued a refund. Disgusting customer service - this was my last order here, although before that I was a regular customer for 2-3 orders per week.

We bought rolls in October 2018. The next day, my husband and I have a temperature of under 40, abdominal pain and a "turn to the toilet." In parallel with us, the same food poisoned many visitors to this institution. There have been many publications on this subject. The institution was closed, but after a couple of months everything is working again. I go around !!!!

Delivery itself took about 45 minutes, it's fast enough at rush hour. More juice was added as a gift from 1000 rubles. But the cook, I beg you, pay attention to the quality of food. Gunkany were completely covered with mayonnaise, right on the bucket for each. This completely kills the taste of normal sushi and gunkan. Rolls are the same. And, when we have removed this generous layer of mayonnaise, it has become very tasty. If you are preparing Japanese cuisine, do not make it in Russian "greedy" and greasy. Asians would surely have come to horror. For food while a doubtful triple. Alas and Ah.
