Only 6 days have passed since the purchase of the goods, according to the law, any goods (except underwear and a small list of other things) can be returned within 14 days (the receipt itself states that the warranty period is 14 days) if the goods are in their proper form, packaging , a sales receipt and an identity document. All this came to the store with me, for which they gave me a leaf and a pen and told me to write a complaint. In it I described in detail when the headphones were bought and for what reason I want to return them. The claim was taken from me, but they said that we should wait for an answer within 10 days, and they will call us when to come. As a result, 10 days of silence, on the evening of the last day we came to the store ourselves, where we were given a letter refusing the Claim for a refund due to the fact that I quote "Unfortunately, the law does not provide for the possibility of terminating the contract of sale and refund funds for a good quality product. " What? Seriously? For suckers hold buyers. According to their ideas, the store sells absolutely ALL goods that are NOT refundable, but an interesting store is obtained. A disgusting impression, I do not advise anyone to have business with them; buy iPhones and the rest of the bundle in other retail chains. The complaint was sent to Rospotrebnadzor.
