At first we came to see and choose - the seller Pavel said that everything is in stock and we must come again for the design project on weekdays. We arrived on Tuesday, discussed everything, drew a design with the seller Marina - and it turned out that the tile was not available, but on order. But the seller reassured, said, everything will arrive in a week and a half, by Friday, and if something goes wrong, they will warn us. It sounded good, made an advance payment. Until Friday, for 1.5 weeks, no one contacted us. She called on Thursday, the day before, according to the promise of the seller, the tiles should have been with us - it turned out that Marina either forgot about us, or the supplier forgot about Marina, or some other external forces prevented her from A week and a half to inform us of problems with the order. After a conversation, I asked to contact the supplier again and call me or my husband back in the evening and say for sure whether they would bring the tile or not ... in the end, what? .. she called back again. And again, excuses from the seller and no specifics on the availability, timing. It’s a pity the time spent traveling to the store, coordination, prepayment, returns. There are many words and promises - the result is zero. I don’t understand what is the problem of keeping the customer up to date?
