It turns out that at the reception there is an incompetent person who gives a lot of pain and inconvenience to sick people, forcing them to waste time and money in vain. The head physician of the clinic wrote that they say we are to blame for not having specified which joint needed to be seen. This makes no sense! I believe that it is the responsibility of the administrator to clarify all the details of the study required for the patient. Writing blindly, not knowing whether a specialist is conducting such research, this is the height of incompetence. While visiting the Realmed clinic, it turned out that the doctor was doing an ultrasound of the knee joint only. And we learned this from the specialist himself.
