My husband gave me a gift. wrap certificate. the girls at the reception are very pleasant, but the masseuse talked to the client in an instructive tone, from the point of view of professional massage, there are no complaints. The husband expressed dissatisfaction at the reception about a slightly spoiled mood - they reacted quickly - they gave a free hour and a half full body massage, therefore, in principle, no complaints, join!

Was on a combined facial cleansing. The beautician is good, but the next day I saw a procedure that was not completed at my place, which I expressed in a complaint, after which I was invited to come. The cosmetologist gave me a lecture, trying to sell the following procedures without correcting her flaws. This was not my first, but my last visit. I give two stars, because the master has completed 60% of the work. Zero stars I would dpl for communication with the client and service.
