Were 1 time and more there will NOT go. It was winter. The sauna was ordered at 19:00, we arrived at 18:50, we were not allowed to make us stand outside and wait 10 minutes in the cold. The sauna was empty. The point is not in the cold on which we had to wait, but the fact of waiting 10 minutes. Not a single city sauna has this. The attendants were extremely unfriendly, they talked through gritted teeth, to any of our requests, for example, to set up a microphone for karaoke, they answered us: “Can't you set it up yourself?” When booking the saunas, they promised us to give glass dishes, since they have a one-time fee, but in fact we were refused to give it, without explanation, and we had to buy a one-time. The sauna was booked for 5 hours with an extension, at 23:00 a woman came to us and said that we had an hour left. We asked to renew for another hour, but they refused, I motivate by the fact that in an hour they already have the following visitors, 6 people with CHILDREN))) at 01:00 at night. We asked for an extension of at least 30 minutes. They refused us, saying that new visitors should come not in an hour, but in 30 minutes. And they threatened us, if you are not ready at exactly 00:00, we will drive you out into the street in what you will. We were ready exactly at the appointed time, realizing that in 30 minutes other people would start coming. At 23:55, an employee came in, we asked for a book of complaints, she didn’t talk to us and refused to give us a book, for persistent questions why, she was only silent. We wanted to go into the next door, where the administrator sits, but they didn’t even open us and did not begin to talk to us. In total, while we requested a book and waited for a taxi, 45 minutes passed and during this time none of the new visitors appeared. One gets the impression that the sauna staff just wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible and go to bed to sleep soundly all night. In general, we do not recommend this sauna to anyone and never !!!
