I don’t know how things are in other specialties (but I feel that it’s the same), but they will not teach you anything sensible at the department of computer engineering. So it’s a typical scoop, but it’s not so difficult to study, you don’t even have to go and still get a diploma with honors, at least in my time, because there weren’t anyone who wanted to study there, and the institute itself was looking for someone to write down to your groups. Plus 1 point only for the department of mathematics, it had several sensible teachers: Zuev, who, unfortunately, no longer teaches, a teacher in discrete mathematics, who, unfortunately, is no longer with us.
