This is a special place. Yes, the staff is always different, they change, but they are always helpful, attentive and friendly. It's really cozy and tasty here. This is not about pathos, this is not about chic, although the presentation of dishes is at a high level, this is about something else. I want to come back here ... and yes, try their borscht, it's excellent.
