Almost constant lines. There are two ATMs and two terminals, but they may not work or not accept money or may not have money available. The staff are working fine. In any case, I have seen many times how bank employees help older people work with terminals. The queue is electronic so that you can get to the cashiers. While waiting, you can sit on the sofas. Everything would be fine if it were not for the queues for ATMs, terminals.

Horrible department. I rarely have any problems every time. Operators do not want to accept payments, they send them to the terminal. They say that the program does not work. As soon as you ask to invite the head, it immediately starts working. Why then employees are needed at all. ATMs do not work periodically. As a client of Sberbank, I wish you a different attitude!
