Having called the DC, I received a comment from the employees, they say, come on a weekday, sign up, on Thursday (before they had everything written down), for example (and on weekends they don't have an electrician) and we'll see it !!! That is, in this dealership, cars are not really checked, the safety of customers is of little concern to them, and if I found their flaw, I must fix it myself !!! It's clear that if I got into an accident, God forbid, and the probability of this is not so small, with the dipped beam not working, then the KIA Engels dealership would simply be eliminated from these problems !!! And it is also strange that there were no problems with the headlights before contacting MOT !!! I got the impression that the dealer's employee didn't screw something up, or unscrew the extra wire, and now I have to take time off from work on a weekday and solve the problem created for me by the dealer center !!! I am not going to do this, I will be serviced by another KIA dealer, and this salon should be deprived of the title of the official KIA center, because they do not fulfill their obligations in the first place for the safety of customers !!!
