The cake itself turned out to be very cool in the form of a minion. But I was upset by the fact that there were three hairs. First, I wrote to the vibe about it and sent a photo, they answered me no hello, just "we apologize". Then I decided to call the number on the website and report it, I asked if it was normal that there were hairs in the cake, they told me - no. They gave a senior and she said we will see who made the cake and we will not allow this in the future. She answered casually, as if it was the norm. I paid 1.5 rubles for a cake and had to say that check that there is no hair !? We could at least greet you in Viber, and apologize by phone and say: "Let us give you a discount on future purchases from us." Of course, after this incident, I would not order anything from them in the future. But it would be nice that people are trying to maintain loyalty, hold on to customers and feel guilty and responsible if they screwed up. In general, this is a problem for the entire business in Russia and the seriousness of the brand is tested in such situations. Thanks for your cooperation anyway. I hope this comment will influence the further development of the company. A small addition: later, when they already started to eat, I got a long hair inside the cake. This is overkill. To taste, the cake can be rated as “ok, you can eat”.

But the quality has become much worse! The price for ordering by phone and buying in the store is very different! It is very noticeable when you buy a big cake. The paint on the baby cakes stains the lips, the tongue is terrible! The last 5 times to order, we get 3-4 kg of completely dry cake, they really regret the cream, at which they ordered different fillings and in each the problem is the same .. By design, all the rules are done as in the picture! But the quality ... The end point was the fine hair on the children's cake made of mastic (the cake was from a factory at 150 Zarubina St.) We did not understand, but we will not buy any more.

I usually buy a cake to hang out with my family and have a joyful time with friends. Interestingly, God also wants people to enjoy food in a pleasant environment, which is why we have a great opportunity to smell and taste food. One well-known parable says: "A man should eat and drink and enjoy the good fruits of his labor. This is a gift from God" (Bible). How amazingly created we are!
