05/21/18. I arrived at the bank on Victory 93, on the issue of withdrawing money from my account, due to the seizure of a Unicredit salary card by an ATM, and its further closure. Firstly, in order to receive their money through the cashier, they withdraw 1% of the amount, of course, I was indignant at which the operator replied, these are the conditions of the bank. OK! Further more interesting ... The operator (a thin girl with a bob haircut, light brown hair in glasses), without question, calmly, and naturally for free (because it’s not my fault in capturing the card) was going to restore my card, to which I replied - thank you not I need to no longer use your bank .. and then .... a glance was thrown at me with the opposite reaction ... more than once she asked me why I don’t want to use it anymore .. and gives me a menacing one, we are still with you and we will write off the penalty for losing the card! I ask again, sorry what a loss ?! What is the fine ?! She answered me rudely, well, you don't want to use our bank anymore ... you will be fined .. she repeats rudely - you must return the card to me ... So what????? That is, if I restore the card, you believe me that it was devoured by the ATM, and if I no longer want to use your services, you do not believe me, you demand to return it and want to solder some kind of fine .... ????? Terribly disgusting for such an attitude! Now all the more I do not regret the termination of relations with this bank !!!

Rude staff, no consultants, cramped quarters, live queue ... If a bank does not have money for an electronic queue system or at least a consultant at the reception, how can you work with him ...
