Disgusting organization of work. I made an order, called back, agreed on the time of self-pickup. I arrived, they said not ready, wait another half hour. To my indignation, they offered to make a delivery. Again, the time was stipulated. An hour and a half has passed, there is no delivery. In the conversation, they answer "yes, it happened, but don't worry, your order will definitely arrive."

Nice restaurant and delicious food. Of course, the room is semi-basement, but stylishly decorated. There are not enough windows, but you can't go anywhere. I was glad that we changed the background music from dynamic to instrumental (a year ago there was the first one that hit our ears). Of the rolls, I would like to mention "syakefray maki" separately - they cook very tasty. But it is better to eat them in a restaurant, because for delivery they are soaked and do not crunch.

I have been their client for a very long time, I was absent from the Russian Federation for about 4 years, when I returned, I found that they still work for cash .. in the era of plastic and loans! then I found CAM, while my contacts are in the database and I regularly buy their rolls, I found a cashless settlement on the site, this button is made so inconvenient that by default you make the order again in cash! Then you can’t go in and cancel it .. This is the first .. then all of these made an order with a card, confirmation of payment and order was sent to the mail, I waited about 1.5 hours - this is the maximum time, it seems like they have delivery, I call - “but we did not confirm the order, he not at work at all, your phone number was not the right one, suddenly you will not be at home, or the address is not the same, and the courier will not get through to you - they will hang the order on us .. ”excellent! Why then did this convenience of buying online, but with the need to still communicate by phone - why and who needs it? Maybe I don’t have a phone at all in Russia, now this is a real violation - discrimination! All busy people have long voicemail and block filters on unfamiliar numbers on their personal mobile phones, spammers will eat the brain differently! Moreover - bobo to you, my order will not be delivered to you undelivered - and the fact that a loyal customer remained hungry because of this - well, this is better understood - there was no mistake for that, and there were no misunderstandings! This is simply incomprehensible to the mind .. and you can’t manually make a note in this great crm system that you can’t reach me if you paid for the order online - get started quickly and get it, that person for $ 10 will not be upset, and who has no time to talk on the phone and who makes an order online! Fortunetellers sat: Operators may be afraid of losing their work, or they really are forced to have them with undeliverable orders - it is not clear .. but this is tin, they did not expect from such a company ..

I absolutely did not like the branch on the street. Molodogvardeyskaya. It took a very long time to prepare the order and the description on the menu did not correspond to reality.
