You need to take electrical tape to fix the flagpole in the pipe better. 3. It's not so easy to climb a lightning rod. And if you do not have good physical strength, then it's better to take a piece of thick rope with you to make a loop for the improvised step. The rope that you need may be 1.5 meters. 4.
