Hello, I am delighted .. what I do .. and took part in the marathon .. I after the second child of 3 years could not come back to normal .. weight 80kg .. and I thought that I could myself .. but not what did not work .. Only more breaks and more kg and volume became, it came to the point that things were buying 50 sizes. I already laid hands on myself .. and then I saw the group Fitness Lady in classmates. I looked at the achievements of other participants .. and many of my friends said go right away it's really cool .. and I thought why not .. and went to the marathon (workout + good nutrition) And you know what I’ll tell you is just a class - 10 kg per month We were a group of 20 people who communicated and supported each other. Classy coach, classy atmosphere, amazing coach support..and if you haven’t been there ... it's worth it.

I have been visiting this club since February 2019, for the first time I took 12 visits at a discount, then I began to take always unlimited, because 12 it was not enough for me))) A cool club, fitness equipment and fitness along with an instructor, in time without limits. I will continue to visit this wonderful club.

I really like this fitness center - the trainer is just a class, they tell and explain everything, and most importantly, the workouts are always different.
