Used 2 services in this service. He painted the roof and repaired the engine with disassembly. 1 star in the rating for the painter, painted well, the 2nd star for polite managers, have never been rude. There is no reason to put more stars! The motor that they were repairing died after 1 month, although I completed and provided everything that I was asked to do the work. Disgusting minders. Do not think to go to repair their engine if you want to keep it. They gave a guarantee for work during the year, and when I arrived at them with a dead engine a month later, they refused to admit that the engine died through their fault. Changed the candles, forced to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, half of the sensors of the injector, keeping the car at home for another 1 month. In the end, after disassembling the engine, when it became clear that they were screwed up during assembly, they accused me that the engine died because I (attention) did not replace the expansion tank cap (serviceable), although the coolant in the system was always level. They did not compensate or repair anything, barely persuaded them to complete the work of replacing the entire unit with a contract (bought by me) at their expense. Completed, but still threw about 4000 for "extra work" in the process of replacement. In general, after a good painting, spoiled the whole impression of the work. I will not go to this service anymore unless absolutely necessary and I do not advise you if your car is dear to you. PS. And also they took my candles for themselves, sticking Engels shit instead of them, little crooks. Answer to Answer: In general, the conclusion is clear - if you are not rich, then you are not expected in this service. And if they come down to you, they will do it badly, justifying it with your unwillingness to overpay for simple work.

08/03/19 I passed the second MOT in this salon (outfit # B19-002318). The filters and oil were replaced. Before winter (after 7000 km) I decided to check the oil with a dipstick, it turned out to be suspiciously dark. I turned to a trusted service, where the master said that the oil was changed at least 20,000 km back, it must be urgently replaced. When I said that MOT was no more than 7000km ago, he said that this was impossible. Then the puzzle came together: after 1 MOT in the trunk were the old filters in boxes from under the new ones. The replacement itself took no more than half an hour. To my surprise, the staff said that they intentionally tried to do it faster. I’m pretty sure that they didn’t change anything for me, and I just gave more than 6,000 rubles + 4 liters of my oil. P.S. I duplicate this review, because I did not find the first one. And I want to add that a very polite director of this salon called me and offered to meet to resolve this conflict. Answer: Dear owner Merit. And here is the inconsistency. At our personal meeting in your center, the person who introduced himself as the director told me that there is no way to provide me with the video (as before), but it turns out you have it ?! So which of us is booming? I believe that if you had video evidence of the honest work of the master, you would have immediately introduced me to them in order to exhaust the conflict on the spot. Thus, you are now misleading me and other customers. P.S. Oil was purchased at a specialty store and transferred to a sealed canister. What reason do you have to say that it was a counterfeit? And I check the oil level daily.
