I visited this salon today. The impression is sad. The master receiver Gerasimov Andrey initially kept silent about what should have been included in TO-0. The oil was changed by a guy whose name I did not ask and there was no badge on it. Having poured in the oil that I brought (and I trust that oil more than what the salon offers), it turned out that only 3 liters were included. I voiced to the guy changing the oil that something is not enough, usually at least 4 liters is included. Then this would-be repairman condescended to start the engine and drive it a little. After this procedure, there was a minimum on the oil dipstick. That's when another liter came in. Fortunately, I was in the service area! The master inspector Andrey Gerasimov did not put a mark in the TO-0 insert when drawing up the documents, but sketched everything in the current TO and issued it not as a TO, but as an oil change. To my question why this is so?, The answer was given: Now, if you would pour our oil, then you would check the chassis, and so on. I ask: Why did he not immediately announce these conditions? Maybe I would agree to their terms? He stares blankly and does not know what to answer. Or they have such an INSTALLATION, or freaks in life !!! Next time I will look for another salon. We can be lucky there))

I really liked the showroom! Cozy, spacious, clean, comfortable client area, polite, attentive and competent employees! I liked absolutely everything! The guys are great, they work very well in a team, real professionals! Separately I want to thank the manager of the sales department of used cars Antonov Artem for the allotted time, attention and patience! Thanks to him, we became clients of the salon from regular visitors))) We have very good impressions!

Perhaps this is so, but they suggest waiting for a car to order for your configuration for more than six months. We will look for another dealer or another manufacturer.

Rio 18g. Was the replacement of the right pillar under warranty. Naturally, nobody did the convergence after that. So is the collapse. The camber on these brands is not done, but after that we have a deviation of 1 degree, since the wheel looks at the wheel from behind the arch, we cannot see it with the eye. And so what we have. The steering wheel is right then left, three times convergence, one calibration of the sensor, the position of the steering wheel and everything is the same! He spat and went to a third-party service, and there they made a toe-in by loosening the rack so that everything would fall into place and lo and behold, the car went smoothly and the steering wheel stood straight. Something like that gentlemen. We have all the documentation on the convergence of the car.

At the service, engineers do not know how to diagnose a steering rack malfunction, and no one can describe the diagnostic process. The technical director gave out - an abnormal backlash in the steering 18 °, the rest is normal, absolutely not qualified "specialists"
