In January, xbox was repaired, 500 rubles were paid for diagnostics. Waited for a call for more than a month, in the end they called themselves. At our call we were told that the master had no time to deal with Our xbox, a lot of other work))) they started to call every two to three weeks, each time one answer. In the second half of April, we were offered to pick up the xbox, arguing that the master cannot deal with it !!!) The diagnostics money was not returned, which could not be explained to the xbox office without seals and checks! For 4 months the child was waiting for his toy from the repair, then to pick it up, which was not done! Now they have been taken to another service, we hope that we have not shoved any old and broken parts!
