Warehouses are far from the office, and from each other, you need to go by car, wait at each item in the queue. I handed over and accepted the cargo, was in the office 2 times, and in different warehouses, running around with papers like in the USSR. When sending it, the office employee could not find the inn in the electronic application for which I spent time, re-wrote a new one on paper. Every week I send cargo by other companies such a horror I have never seen.

They work fine. But there were cases that they brought crumpled orders with spoiled cargo, but there was no time to sort it out and shake compensation from them
