The camp site is good. The staff is helpful, friendly. The guard is friendly, always prompts and helps in anything. The gazebo has a refrigerator and a comfortable table with benches. Sauna warms up as expected, there are two souls, a dressing room. And now for the shortcomings. There were no towels and shampoo usually should provide. There is no cooler. The playground wants to leave the best, it’s time to replace the swings, horizontal bars, carousels, etc. All the time of the 90s. At the camp site itself is not dirty, but can be landscaped. The rooms are not well furnished. There are mosquito nets and no mosquitoes, a toilet with a small bathtub, towels, a TV, a fridge, a kettle, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bedding sets are clean, but it is advisable to clean the room itself better, dirty. In general, the rest was not bad, maybe we will visit this camp site yet. I wish the improvement and prosperity of the "Homebuilder"!

A great place, we came with a family from afar, looking for a base. It's not very good. They are expensive, but they don't look very good. And here it is very cozy, clean, all the amenities, the view from the windows directly to the Volga, the water is warm, and most importantly - clean. There is a place for swimming, swimming on spoons, catheraz and so on. The sand is pleasant on the beach. They are well fed in the dining room. I advise everyone

The beach is very good, the water is clean, this is the end of the pluses. All the old times of the USSR. The toilet is just a hole in the floor. The website states that everything has been treated for mosquitoes, but mosquitoes fly in the toilet from the palm of your hand. It is almost impossible to get through the phone number. They answer a couple of times a week. We booked a gazebo three weeks in advance, they said on the phone that all the gazebos are free, we asked for the one closest to the beach (since we were there for the first time in the rooms and we were not guided by the gazebos). As a result, we were provided with a gazebo from which to walk 10-15 meters to the beach, although there are gazebos right next to the water. You can come to sit in the gazebos for a day, but stay for a day or more is simply not possible.

Soviet camp site. Pretty quiet and calm. But by 2020, the camp site had not taken care of building a normal toilet. Sorry, the holes in the floor, the lack of doors, flies and the smell eating out your eyes are a shame for any camp site. Complete unsanitary conditions. No more foot there. The beach and water could not be estimated.
