Delivery 28.11.20 a bouquet of chrysanthemums. They brought a bouquet with a chrysanthemum, broken and wrapped with tape, carefully hidden in the middle of the bouquet. I called the operator back, and only heard "Uh-huh" in response to my message. I called the head of the salon, to which I heard "You know, you probably did not notice. The florist was tired." We apologized. Flowers are not the first freshness. Will be ready for such options.
