In January, my friend and I bought a ticket to Turkey from Vell-tour, with a departure and arrival in Saratov. It so happened that the Saratov airport had to close at the time of return and we were warned that we would have to fly through Samara or Voronezh. Samara did not carry out a transfer to Saratov, but Voronezh did. Therefore, we asked to be returned through Voronezh. But the planes to Voronezh do not fly every day and our departure day did not coincide with the day the plane left for Voronezh. We asked the Well-tour staff to extend us a voucher for 2 days, notifying them that we will pay extra. To which we received an answer that this is not possible due to the fact that there are no free rooms in the hotel. On the day of check-in at the hotel, we once again asked about the availability of free rooms, which were enough for at least one additional period. But we were again refused, only because neither the Intourist tour operator with whom the Well-tour travel agency cooperates, nor the travel agency itself wanted to help us. \\ r \\ nThe trip through Samara entailed for myself additional cash costs. Guided by clause 3.1.5. of the Agency agreement for the implementation of the tourist product number E0502-18, upon arrival in Saratov, I came to Well-tour in order to write a claim on the matter to compensate for additional losses, to which I was presented that I was allegedly talking incorrectly with an employee, having snatched out sheet A4 from me on which I was going to write. I was shown the door and behaved quite incorrectly. \\ r \\ nAfter they took payment for the trip, you became not interesting to them! \\ r \\ nThe Intourist and Well-Tour are not very responsible workers and deceivers! \\ r \\ n Specifically, Intourist in the person of the hotel guide Mazhit, assuring us that there is a discount for a tour of three cities, he sold us a ticket for a trip to only two cities. \\ r \\ nWell-tour represented by agent Ermolaeva Daria, assured us that upon arrival from a vacation in Saratov, we will write a claim for a refund of additional costs and she will personally do everything possible to reimburse us these costs. \\ r \\ nWhere to look for the truth gentlemen! If there is only deception around! \\ r \\ nI know one thing for sure: When I am going on vacation next time, I will not turn to Well-tour, so as not to be deceived.
