Nightmare!!! I remember with horror! Manager Anastasia is just a walking sorrow. She is not a professional approach to business, and is trying to sell you as soon as possible, and then get rid of her as quickly as possible. I lost a lot of time, effort and about 100 thousand rubles. I can’t go to Europe for a year because of her incorrect work. I never cease to be surprised at the arrogance and boorishness of this employee! At best, she communicates on “YOU” and through a kapslog, after payment. Non punctuality, bezobabernost and rudeness - all I got for my money, for short. And I want to warn people against such agencies !! People, make a visa yourself!

I liked this agency. We will still come here for tours.
