Because the collector did not see the point in finishing his work without an apron of the necessary length, he left the kitchen assembled in half. A few days later they brought the apron, but the collector could not come again until a week later, during the second assembly it was found out that there were microcracks and divorces on all the facades, and the vortexter was too short. With the facades decided not to bother and asked to replace only one with the most prominent jambs. Votootboynik replaced the next day, but with the facade and the shelf the most interesting began. The store promised to make everything and bring a maximum of a week, of course, a week later, no one called us. We call ourselves, we specify that we are waiting for the regiment and the facade, the manager promises that next week will be exactly brought. Call a week later: your facade in the warehouse, bring on Tuesday or Thursday, the regiment for the first time heard and make round eyes. On Tuesday, no one calls, we call back on Wednesday, we specify where the regiment and the facade, again promise that the facade will be 100% on Thursday, about the regiment again "for the first time", call the collector, the collector dials into the warehouse, informs us that the regiment is also ready and we will be brought both the facade and the regiment on Thursday. We agree with the assembler on the Saturday evening for the assembly. On Thursday, the store informed that everything was delivered, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were able to come to the store on Saturday: brought ... a shelf! We ask where the facade, the manager is shrugging shoulders, she can not call the warehouse, on Saturday there's no one there, but she will first contact them on Monday and call us back. We call the collector to cancel the call for the evening - he does not pick up the phone, he does not come to the assembly either. Naturally, on Monday no one called back, we call ourselves, we are promised delivery on Wednesday (the façade in the warehouse since last Wednesday!), Wednesday was yesterday and, of course, no one delivered anything. When asked why, no one can answer. They promised to find out everything and call this morning-they did not call. I'm already tired of running for my money for employees of this store and asking me to install the kitchen. So terrible service in my life was not yet. Since the order of the kitchen, almost two months have passed, and we still can not use it properly. Simply awful service and awful shop.
