I came to the doctor’s appointment (repeatedly), came to L. N. Bulgakova, the doctor refused to accept, referring to the fact that she didn’t have the initial appointment. The first time I meet with such heartlessness, arrogance and negligence. At the reception they did not even bother to warn that, it turns out, we can’t come to different therapists! Plus, even afterwards I listened to a bunch of unpleasant words addressed to me. So, if something hurts you, wait until the change of “your” doctor comes and bear with it. It is unfortunate that along with good specialists, such woeful doctors work here.

“Your doctor” - I really like it, the staff is very polite and qualified, which is important a lot nowadays. I undergo an examination every year without any queues !!! Thank you for your concern about our health !!! Klyueva Julia.
