Having bought a good filter and decided to order an aquarium from them with a suitable displacement, since it was not available, I wanted to make an advance payment, but the sellers refused it and promised to do it in 10-15 days. I figured that just after 2 weeks, it would be convenient to take up an aquarium to buy what was needed and populate it in accordance with all the rules. For 15 days of silence I called to find out readiness, they said that it wasn’t goow and promised to call on the next day. He called on the first day of 21, the girl found it difficult to find my order and said that the aquarium was not ready yet and MAY be in 3 days, but she didn’t know for sure, but my vacation was ending. Then he began to look for other options and at the same time looked at reviews on this company, it turned out I was not the first who was waiting for the promised for a long time (( They called me back and said that the aquarium would be ready in 2 days, but I already found another option, because the vacation is ending, and you need time to start the aquarium from scratch, and even a week they brought fish that lives in a small temporary house, which is not good. Here is a small atelier or a large company can call and warn if they do not have time to order, and the Ryazan Aquarium Company cannot, because if they have not made an advance payment, they don’t have any obligations to you, this is from the seller’s words, I remind you themselves refused to pay. Bottom line: the store is suitable for purchases of what is available, prices are average.
