I ordered the monument in October 2020. I arranged and paid for everything on the official website of the company. After submitting the application, the manager quickly contacted me, helped me decide on the version of the monument and design, guided me by the price and terms of payment. Everything is fine in this part. The monument was ready in 3 weeks, then another week it was delivered from Yaroslavl to Ryazan, and another week for the manager's call and the appointment of the day of delivery and installation. They pulled a little and beguiled with the timing, but in general it is not critical. The most interesting thing is delivery. And here is just a terrible nightmare! Delivery was carried out to a district not closest to Ryazan, to a village cemetery. This was agreed in advance, since I did not want to have problems with delivery and installation. All this was prepaid in advance under the contract. The installation was attended by "three comrades" who said that they would not erect the monument if we did not pay them 1,500 in hand for carrying it (about 50 meters from the gate to the grave, they had a trolley). Nobody warned us about this in advance. We didn't have cash, we didn't have the Internet to transfer money to the card either, the nearest ATM is located 40 km from the cemetery. And, in fact, why should we pay someone extra, if everything has already been paid for delivery. Okay. I asked to add the cost of additional services to the invoice so that I could later pay in my personal account on the website. But the installers told me that there is no such service, and the money is for them personally, because it is hard for them to carry such a weight on themselves and tear their backs in one salary. As a result, I decided to contact the managers responsible for our order to resolve the issue. We solved it in 2 hours! At the cemetery! And that we just did not listen during this time. They threatened us that now they would leave everything right on the road and leave, and they said that they would take us back before spring. And they even suggested that we go and look for peasants in the village, so that they bring us the monument from the car to the grave, and they will install it. And all this time they hinted to us about our greediness, that we, you see, do not understand that they work here and everyone is tired and in general should be on the weekend and drink vodka. But for some reason, they did not take into account that we also drove 400 km, did not sleep since 5 in the morning and dismantling at the cemetery did not give us pleasure at all. I understand, if you want to live, be able to spin, but here, as they say, all means are good. But why bend it like that? It was the worst 2 hours of my life. I have probably never come across more tactless and arrogant people. By the way, they eventually erected the monument in 5 minutes, when the manager promised to pay them from his pocket. Three healthy men took out our brains for 2 hours because of 1,500 rubles! At first I thought to find money, go to the ATM, albeit far away, but after such a boorish treatment I simply decided to go on principle and not give them a dime. In general, I will summarize: Checkout - 5. Manufacturing of a monument (appearance) - 5. Teamwork between managers - 4. Delivery and installation - 1. Total - 3.

Paid for the production and installation of the monument along with the dismantling of the old one. When the contract was concluded, they showed a photo that they would have to dismantle. They said everything is included in the cost of dismantling the monument, including taking it to the trash heap if she is nearby, and she is nearby. As a result, upon arrival at the place of the brigade, a swing began, they say, only the monument was paid for, and then the cross and the flower girl must be removed. They refused to pay extra, they said we will solve all the issues through the office. As a result, the brigade stupidly smashed the entire burial place and left. Calls to the office, except for assurances that we will figure it out, gave nothing. As a result, they did not complete the work, even those clearly stated in the contract. Namely, the removal of the monument to the disposal site is 30 meters from the grave. In a demonstrative manner, they threw pieces of concrete on the grave. Leaning the monument against the fence, they bent it and scratched it.

We ordered a monument in Ryazan, we have been waiting for the installation for 4 months .... each time they come up with something: from a broken car to weather conditions .... They installed ... but the epitaph turned out to be written with errors !!! Dismantled, now we are waiting for installation again ... Another 2 months. A nightmare, not an organization !!! To everything else, the boorish attitude of the manager, who frankly says that she does not care about all these monuments .....

I bought a polymer monument for 3800, it was enough for 4 years my mother bought it, I died when I was 72 years old, and I put granite on my mother 7 years ago so I don’t know any problems, I bought an aunt for 7670 in dm, they say granite, FIG knows how much sounds like .... Has anyone bought budgets here?
