Clean pine air, delicious, varied food, animation for children. A great place for a family vacation.

In general, not bad for people who love cheap all-inclusive whiskey. It needs repair. In many rooms the TV does not work, from the word "completely", while the staff indistinctly mumbles about a computer man from the city who will "arrive" soon and do everything. "Coming Soon" is calculated in weeks. The food is not bad, but on the 4th day you understand that it is monotonous. No worse, no better than the places we are forced to visit from despair in a pandemic

We rested several times in this place! In the summer, everything was fine, we liked it and we returned again in the winter! The attitude was boorish at any question and appeal, there was only alcohol in the bar, although I don’t drink and in the summer I took coffee and cakes there, but all this was not! When leaving, they count every plate, it’s a shame! I have never seen such a thing in any hotel! But the review I am writing is not because of this all! We wanted to go 2 couples with 3 small children this summer (the third child is not a year old) We were told that only 6 people can be accommodated, it’s worth reviewing our staff, (probably throwing out one unnecessary child) or paying another 87,000 and taking the whole house! By the way, in other park hotels we were offered without problems options for the same houses as in Forrest, with only 3 children, because they value customers! But here, apparently, all do not care, customer focus is zero, respect for people is also at zero!

An excellent park among the pine forest, kind staff, incredibly tasty cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Constantly some kind of event, the movement is different. The room is amazing, warm floor, cozy first and second floor, great wi-fi. If you want to relax, then you are definitely here. I do not regret the money spent
