They helped a lot in a difficult situation. Consultations in accessible language, understandable and uncomplicated terms. Very patient staff. They do not react to meticulous provocations; I have been friends with the bank for many years. Doubted, had business with other banks, but everything is complicated there. Again and again came back to reliable. Now for sure forever.

I have been working with the bank as a legal entity for several years. Excellent support, easy to reach, issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The minus of the branch in the Arcade is parking. It is impossible to deliver a car in 90 percent of cases.

Постоянные очереди, не говоря уже о недостающей парковке, мест никогда нет. Очередь в банке для юр лиц ужасная, занимает до 2 часов ожидания, хотя операция по факту 7 минут. Всего два отделения банка в городе. На жалобы и предложения не реагируют, только одни обещания!!!

A good bank, a good office, helpful staff, there are practically no lines.
