Awful bank, just disgust. I use it only because of work, since the card is tied. All is very long, reissuing cards costs money. Nightmare!!! Only the guard communicates nicely, cashiers and managers are extremely unpleasant.

The bank, in principle, was normal when it took a mortgage and the specialists were good, but now people have changed, they are not competent, in some matters you know more than they do. In the credit department, only one specialist is normal.

Normal bank. Head office in the Ryazan region. Frequent queues are an obstacle for individuals. There are no complaints against the employees, qualified service. Unfortunately, local authorities recently paid for parking at the bank.

They served quickly enough, efficiently, but there is no consultant in the hall (as in Sberbank), so I had to look for someone to ask about my question

They work very slowly. Five people are served in an hour.
