Great staff, but the mentality of visitors is poor

I put one star only for the service staff, very friendly and positive, but Ooooo huge lack of this institution is a lot of morgenal, boorish young people who scare away normal, adequate people with their behavior, who after work would like to sit or just calmly buy beer, fish and without mat and battering go home
