Having defended the queue (~ 45 minutes), I found out that my (not salary) card was sent to my employer for some reason, nor any notification about it, I understand that Sberbank is trying for its clients, but it does not work well for him. Plus, when I wrote this long complaint in the application on the smartphone "Sberbank online", I somehow "threw" the authorization screen in the application (when you need to enter a PIN code) (he wanted to write a complaint, yeah, right now, the savings bank there is nothing to complain about) and later, a few hours after visiting the bank's branch, I received an SMS message that I can pick up my card in the same branch of the savings bank I wrote about above. Strongly I doubt that during this time my card was taken from the place of my work back to this department. I'm annoyed by all this inattention to such trifles in relation to customers. Now I'll think about whether to continue using the services of this bank or go to another one.
