Special thanks to the captain at window 5 (I did not consider the name), working 09/02/3 and 09/03, and the captain who carried out the inspection. Even the refusal to register the first time, due to a damaged windshield on the car, did not affect the impression, since it was justified. The first time I registered the car in 2012, I went out in tears and after 6 hours in the traffic police, and this time I did everything within an hour. Once again, two BIG THANKS !!!
