Had a great family dinner right in the city center. Booked in advance because the restaurant's premises are not very large and on weekends the number of people wishing to get there exceeds the capacity of the hall. The menu is not very large, almost entirely consisting of Russian cuisine, but you will definitely want to order and taste more than you can eat.) The presentation is beautiful, original and sophisticated, everything is very tasty. The staff are polite and what I liked especially was their completeness of knowledge of the menu (the composition of the products in the dishes, the cooking technology), they talk with great enthusiasm, their eyes are burning .. they tell them so that they want to try everything. The check turned out to be above average and expected by us, and still we did not regret visiting this wonderful place at all.

In a word - great! Michelin-starred guides have a definition of "worth a trip" for the best restaurants. It is worth coming to the Bely tavern only for the sake of him, although the city of Ryazan and its environs are still mogu. it is easy to give wonderful impressions for 2-3 days, very easy. We were at this institution for lunch on September 17, 2020 and at dinner on September 19 - both visits gave us the highest gastronomic emotions! What appetizers, what hot, that the wines and liqueurs were wonderful! The service was excellent, the girls-waiters of the menu knew and explained any questions, the design manager Dmitry was at his best. It is a long time since they got such pleasure from restaurants, not only in Russia, but in general! It is strange that this restaurant is not yet included not only in the top 5, but not even in the top 10, taking 11th place. He really deserves the best! I highly recommend it!

A cozy place with a pleasant interior, attentive service, comfortable soundtrack and Russian cuisine in a light author's design. Delicious slice of bread with smoked trout, amazing bacon (they have not eaten such anywhere except Kiev), delicious soups. Decent Riesling Cornflower blue. They left absolutely happy.
