Classes are good. Instructors responsible, demanding, competent, friendly. An unusual technique of round-robin exercises is applied, the undoubted advantage of which is that you can come at any convenient time and start practicing immediately, spending a little time on a preliminary independent warm-up. Of the minuses: in the Komsomolsky district there is a very small locker room, one shower. But this is not so important. According to my observations, few people use a shower, except me. Club visitors prefer to take a shower at home.) Another clarification: on each day of the week only one type of activity is offered, for example, Wednesday - zumba, Friday - stretching, etc.
