They work fine, they try their best, the queues are long because of pensioners who for some reason do not want to go to banks to pay bills, so you sit and wait until the turn comes to send / receive the parcel. There is no electronic queue, it may appear in the future. The room is large, the queues, as I said, are almost always large, but there are very few seats, two or three chairs and one bench. If you come to the post office, it’s better to do it closer to closing, somewhere in the last hour, then everything will go quickly.
