It got much better after the last renovation. However, the human factor has not changed. Better not to get there. Some believe that this is a branch of hell on earth, I think, not without reason. The attitude towards people leaves much to be desired. Take, for example, the situation with the cards - you come to an appointment, you need to get a card, there is no card at the reception, the doctor forgot to hand it over, they say go look, and go like a muduck to the doctor's office - and there is a queue and then you are like "I just take the card" ... In general, they will profuse themselves, and you go looking for a temperature, bark in queues, wait half an hour until you can get in, although a nurse could have done it in 5 minutes. And then even break through back to the doctor ... In general, a complete mess.
