There are queues even here. Not everyone is far from literate in terms of staff. It's about the services provided. The entrance is terrible, if you wish, you can kill yourself. The phone doesn't answer. It is probably a sin to complain about our mail, but we can act to improve the quality of work. There are no complaints about the staff, they are always very respectful and friendly to listen and help. But with the rest of the technical questions, read above ...
