Arrived at this pick-up point at 18:30, all work schedules say that they work until 20:00. I am on the last day in Ivanovo and could not receive my registered letter. Employees are rude, putting their hands to accompany me into the street! I give 1 point for this place! Request: find adequate workers who will not be rude and rude to an innocent person!

Not specified time when mail closes for lunch. According to the maps it shows that they work until 20.00, we arrived at 13.10, and we were turned around, because they had lunch until 14.00.
