Faced in Yaroslavl with disgusting service: after outright rudeness on the part of employee Catherine V. asked for the exchange of goods 2 passports: the one who bought and the "witness" of the purchase. Despite the fact that this is a violation of the law - referred to the internal rules of the company. The girl in the queue commented on the situation with the phrase: “there is always such a boorish attitude”. After such a service, there is no desire to enter the store.

They arranged a "circus" when exchanging goods (not even when returning !!). Refused to take on a copy of a passport, allegedly can not violate the law! As a result, she asked an outsider to use his passport, returned the goods. Accept the goods on someone else's passport - not a violation :))) Specially delayed the process, I had to spend 30 minutes on everything. With such a terrible service and attitude to the store, there is no desire anymore: ((((
