Hello everyone I want to tell my story and share my impressions of the Evolution fitness club. I had problems with my back (three hernias in the lumbar region), which were constantly painful and inconvenient. Then my work colleague suggested that I go for a trial training at the Evolution fitness center. To be honest, I didn’t really believe in any changes (not the doctors work there), but nevertheless decided to go (after all, the first training is free, and even with the coach). I called the "Evolution", signed up and came. The friendly manager Sergey gave a tour of all the zones in the hall, listened to my wishes with a complaint to the lower back and signed up for a trial training. On the same day I came to train with trainer Gregory. My first training was on a simulator in the Kinesis zone. The result was not long in coming; in the morning I felt better than before. So I became a resident of the Evolution fitness club The Evolution club suits me with its atmosphere, the availability of the necessary simulators and, most importantly, professional trainers. Gregory is a pleasure to train under your control. You are a professional who lives his profession👍👍👍. And by the way, the back went without doctors. Now the “Evolution” clinic is my health! 😉

I had a great impression of the Evolution fitness club from the very first test visit. Firstly, there is just perfect cleanliness and order, everything is very conveniently and reasonably organized. I’ve been going to Evolution for 4 months already and I consider the purchase of a subscription there one of my best decisions, I have never regretted it!
