Parking, breakfast, Wi-Fi - as usual, no complaints. Number 25, building A, fully corresponds to the description. Clean, welcome bottle of water, two glasses, lots of outlets. They heat well, there is hot water, a view from the window of the gas station and part of Megi Park. Noise from the road did not interfere; neighbors were also not heard.

We were passing through, stayed for one night. Overall, not bad. But the doors are like paper in summer houses, twisted. The locks on the doors dangle. It is very dark in the house itself, there is not enough lighting. There is an air conditioner in the house. Breakfast in the morning. It's good that there was a choice of porridge. I liked that the breakfast was from five to 12, very convenient. The car was parked nearby, right outside the house, which is also very good. The toilet was next to the street, paper and soap were there. And in the soul of ants crawls a little too much.

I consider the previously published overly laudatory reviews to be falsified. There is no soundproofing of the rooms, you can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms and in the corridor. It is impossible to sleep. What a great vacation can we talk about ?! The price of 4200 for a room with two beds and a bathroom and a plywood door is overpriced. We have a Wi-Fi, but they didn’t give the password when we checked in. On the plus side, clean bedding, and overall cleanliness of the room, breakfast even for the earliest customers

Were in 2019. We were satisfied. Arrived in 2020 .... prices are rising, service at 0. Breakfasts are another story. Hopefully this is due to the pandemic.
