Otel' "Platov"

Decent service, little English communication. Our bathroom had a leak which had to be covered with a towel. No shower curtain. 3 stars for A/C and room service.

Good location. Clean rooms.

Not a bad hotel, it was pleasant enough in it, but the price tag is appropriate Pros: - Very warm, heating works perfectly, there is regulation on batteries - Excellent, large bed with soft linens - Good water pressure in the shower, without drops. Generally a beautiful and warm bathroom - Standard room is large enough and spacious, with a nice renovation - Carpet on the floor throughout the room - Located close to the city center Minuses: - No robes - There is no bottled drinking water in the room, and there is no kettle (there is a cooler in the lobby, but walking is not very good) - There are no disposable accessories in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel) - Small TV for a large room

The hotel is good. Breakfasts are simple good. The staff are nice. Of the minuses, the water pressure does not reach the third floor in the morning.

The hotel is located in the city center. Liked everything. We travel often, so there is something to compare with. Everyone has the same thing - poor or no extractor hood in the toilet, poor flush in the shower (standing in dirty water), not happy tiles. EVERYTHING works here.
