There is no patient orientation. Each office has a queue, despite the preliminary appointment. We have to wait outside the office while the manager talks over the phone. Half a day should be planned for a visit. There is a lot of stupid walking around the offices, and doctors sometimes work at different hours of the day. Or sit, wait all day, or ride twice from the attached settlements. Buses don't run very often either. It is very inconvenient, even when moving in a personal car, if a bedridden patient is at home, even on insulin. Although, I must say, after the renovation, the clinic looks pretty.
