It is very interesting to plunge into the times of the last century. The house has been kept in excellent condition, there are many paintings, furniture and things of the owner, the artist Grekov. We had a short excursion with explanations. The windows offer a gorgeous view of the Don region. It is a pity that such a historical place is little promoted and probably there are practically no visitors in it. And you need to support it. I definitely recommend! Especially for young artists, get acquainted with the life and work of the last century.

A wonderful museum ... a wonderful exhibition "Pictures of Life" painting by the Wanderers ...

A real, well-preserved house of the century before last, breathes well in authentic rooms where people who have long since left us lived. There are sketches, several works of Grekov himself.

I live near almost normal museum. Although there wasn’t a friend there, it was cool talking there.

Grekov himself was not enough in the museum. Be prepared to pay extra for: photos in the house, cards, souvenirs, etc.
