I was amazed at the work of the seller Svetlana. She promised that the store, it turned out, could not fulfill: that they would bring the goods in a day (they brought them in a week), that the assembly would not be needed, they would bring it in full, and, accordingly, we did not include it in the contract (the corridor hanger was dismantled just to a bolt). And all this without calls, without apologies, without any attempts to meet halfway, only the endless “oh, what have you not called yet?”, “Oh, in general it happened so here ..”. I have not seen such impudent incompetence for a long time. Logistics also leaves much to be desired: when they finally called me to agree on the time of arrival, the employee spoke to me as if it was she who paid the money, and I had to deliver something to her. In short, I do not recommend contacting, all are exorbitant, misleading, they do not meet, unpleasant persons. Maybe the company itself is nothing, but this is a clear example of how one person can spoil the reputation of the whole company by representing its face.

The seller convinces a maximum of 2-3 weeks, the lower cabinets will do. 4 weeks have passed. And silence. The call is dropped. I will not advise this company to anyone. Hopefully someday they will make my order.

I bought a kitchen in this store! All on time, without delay! The quality is average, but the price is not expensive !!! Value for money I was completely satisfied! Thanks to the consultants, helped in the selection!
