The biggest Alex in Rostov. The huge hall, which is competently divided into zones, can easily accommodate everyone. All equipment is in excellent condition. The warm water pool and swoon perfectly complement the image of the ideal fitness club. Also noteworthy is the large parking lot, spacious changing rooms, showers, recreation areas. Special respect to the Alex Fitness staff for their excellent work.

She studied for 2 years. A very decent gym. There is a hammam, a sauna, a large swimming pool, spacious changing rooms, and even an excellent solarium. The staff is not bad. The girls at the reception are cool and the managers are attentive. The coaching staff is generally good. With the exception of a couple of "shots" of eternally dissatisfied, angry and putting themselves above others, ladies. I especially liked how they "smear" others. But without them the club would be too perfect)) It's cool anyway.

The equipment is fresh, the simulators are not bad. There are many of them, there is almost everything you need (if you add a couple of stretching machines, then everything will be perfect for the equipment). Little room to do stretching. Rough staff in group training. In general, there is room for development for the club, but this is the best thing in the west (Iksfit is resting, all the iron is dead there).

Great. The location of the changing rooms, showers, gym and pool is very convenient. Everything is very well thought out, from the parking lot, the entrance code to the presence of a hairdresser and massage parlor. The working staff are very polite and helpful. The competence of the specialists is beyond doubt. We have been visiting this place for several years. Everyone is happy.

Perfect place. It's clean. Various programs: individual, group, gym, swimming pool, sauna, hammam. From dancing to power dancing. Come as many times a day as you want, study for as long as you want. The price for such a range of services is simply ridiculous.
