I never thought that I would write a negative review about X-FIT.
But, thanks to their service manager Irina, who contributed to writing it.
The guide does not go to contact. Irina is there, apparently, the local king and god.
To begin with, the club has a period for freezing the card. I have used this service twice in the last six months.
I called the club twice and asked about freezing options. And no one has ever told me that you can freeze for the duration of a pandemic.
When I called the sales department and asked if they have a special freeze for those who cannot or are afraid to visit the club during this period, it turned out that there is such a freeze.
But you can use it provided that there has not been a single visit since June 22, 2020. How I should have guessed about this is still a mystery.
The aforementioned Irina assured me that my one visit to the club on June 29 would not be a reason for refusing to freeze the card, because this is not the only case, and other clients in such situations met halfway.
She also confirmed that the card will be frozen for me from June 22.
The most interesting thing began after I wrote an application for freezing.
At first, Irina said that she was not sure of a positive decision, but she would “try” to resolve the issue. Why then was it necessary to confirm the opposite by phone?
She also promised to contact me to report the result. Nobody contacted me in the next two days.
I called myself.
Irina said that the card was frozen for me since October 13, because I had two frosts and the last one ended on October 12.
Since when the freezing of the card is equated with visiting the club is unclear.
To my question: why no one told me about the option to freeze the card until all restrictions were lifted, I received an ANSWER from Irina: WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO NOtify YOU.
(I will clarify: the club has a great system for alerting customers in the form of SMS and notification in the application, but the club did not inform its customers that they can use the card freeze service until all restrictions are lifted).
Clients, apparently, have to guess and guess, and then call and clarify. Moreover, they had to do all this before June 22, because after that no one is going to freeze anything.
This is such a service: lying, hiding information from customers.
It is impossible to contact the management. The reception refuses to connect. Promises to transmit information for feedback - again silence.
In general, if there is a desire to visit a club in which the client is treated well before the first question, welcome.
Unfortunately, there was no desire to visit this "club". (And this is without mentioning the forever dirty locker room and shower areas, a photo of which I will provide if necessary)
Irina assured that the club works as usual. 50 (!!) people can be in the gym at the same time.
I did not receive a clear answer to my question about keeping distance and handling simulators.
It turns out that either you risk your health and run the risk of contracting COVID-19, or your subscription is slowly but surely burning out. You decide. The club is not obliged to notify, and in general is not obliged to you anything.

Normal club. There are problems with cleaning. The steam room often does not work. The coaching staff is at a good level.
The gym is normal, although a number of machines are currently out of service due to the crown. But the premium, as they position themselves - does not pull.

I do not recommend this establishment. It is maximally focused on increasing customer expenses. After the opening in July, the quality of cleaning has decreased, including in the children's section. In addition, refunds of previously deposited funds have been delayed. The management part of the staff distorts information, misleads. I do not confirm positioning for the premium segment.
Good health! A good hall, a swimming pool, a steam room, a lot of group classes, boxing, yoga, etc., if you divide the annual cost of the subscription by month, it turns out about 1.5 thousand per month, for a hall of this level this is not much.
